Patient, practical digital support

Technology & Digital Skills

Build confidence using everyday technology for communication, appointments, interests and independence.

Learn by doing, at your pace

We explain things in plain language, practise as often as needed and can create simple step-by-step notes for later. You stay in control of your accounts, choices and information.

Phones and tabletsCalls, messages, contacts, photos, accessibility and useful settings.
Stay connectedVideo calls, online groups, telehealth preparation and social apps.
Online tasksEmail, forms, calendars, bookings and finding reliable information.
Safer habitsRecognising scams, protecting passwords and pausing before sharing.

We do not ask to keep passwords, make financial decisions or provide professional IT repair, cybersecurity or financial advice.

Building independence

Digital skill support may be relevant when it directly relates to disability needs, personal goals and an available support category. We can outline the skills and assistance involved so the participant or their funding contact can check the plan.
